Pros: Fits without break in. Sits high enough to conceal without longer jackets or sweatshirt. Handgun is secure, even when running.
Cons: Nothing bad about this holster.
Other Thoughts: I own several of these, mainly for my Glocks. This holster allows me to fully conceal my M&P, or any of my Glocks with almost zero printing. The holster rides stable and doesn't allow any bounce with the weapon when running, and the belt slot is tight enough that it doesn't allow the holster to wander for or aft. Most times, I'm able to straddle a belt loop on my pants to augment the holster stability, but even without that, everything stays put.
