Shipping Terms & Conditions
Shipping rates are determined by the shipping zip code and the weight of the order. Once an item(s) has been added to the shopping cart the shipping and tax estimator box will appear. You will then be able to view all the shipping methods and costs available to your location. The shipping methods we use are as follows:

FED EX GROUND
New York State residents add applicable sales tax.
Shipping charges in New York State are taxable.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii will be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air only. Additional charges will apply.
Shipments to Canada will be sent via UPS Standard only. Additional charges will apply. Note: Rates for Standard to and from Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Receiver is responsible for customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes.
International Customers may submit payment via international money order in U.S. funds only. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping and handling charges.
All in stock items usually ship within 3 business days. Due to circumstances beyond our control, back-ordered, or special order items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you selected air shipping and your item is in stock, your order will ship the same day if placed before 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. Be advised that business days are Monday through Friday. If you select AIR shipping your estimated time of arrival does not include Saturday or Sunday. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact Customer Service at 800-424-1236. Returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
