According to F.B.I. statistics, the majority of law enforcement shoot-outs
occur in low or dim light, yet most law enforcement officers receive little or
no low light firearms training. Conceived and engineered by a nationally known
firearms instructor, the DeSantis Low Light Simulator Goggles transform broad
daylight into the shadowy, darkened condition so often encountered during actual
confrontations. They obscure the sights, but not the target and allow firearm
instructors the added safety of observing trainees in daylight while they are in
shadowy darkness. The Low Light Goggles should be used in conjunction
with, rather than to replace, actual low light training.
